Nantucket VNA is pleased to receive a grant from the Nantucket Community Foundation, making possible a new program A Matter of Balance to be offered at The Homestead. NVNA staff will be leading the program which emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels and strength.
